So you are considering having new Silestone countertops installed through e-counters.com . What, you may ask, is the process to order Silestone countertops from e-counters.com ?

1. Get an estimate – Obtain an estimate from e-counters.com either online or by fax. You will first need to record your measurements and other information (click here for information on How to Measure). Once you have this information, you can use our “Quote Your Project” feature to obtain an instant estimate for your project. When you have completed quoting your project, you may either save it or add it to the cart for purchase.
   If you prefer you can fax us a drawing with your countertop information to 651-430-3411, and we will e-mail you a quote. Your quote will be a saved project on e-counters.com that you can review at a later time or purchase when you are ready. For quotes by fax please include a phone number, an e-mail address, and a zip code.
    
2. Purchase your project – Once you have a project saved on our website you may purchase it at any time using a credit card. Purchasing a saved project is no more complicated than purchasing a book or CD online, and e-counters.com has the latest security software to ensure your purchase will be secure and your information will remain private.
    
3. We will provide you with a professional on-site measurement, included in the price of your order – A certified Silestone measurer will contact you and schedule a time to conduct the on-site measurement for your order. The measurer will take all necessary information for your order (i.e. measurements, sink locations, etc.) and prepare the order for fabrication.
    
4. We will make any necessary pricing adjustments – The final price will be determined by the information recorded during the on-site measurement. The per-item prices will not change: reasons for price differences would include square footage or lineal footage of the edge changes, changes to options, adding or removing pieces, or in some cases site conditions that may require additional labor (such as locations where counters need to be carried up several flights of stairs and additional labor would be needed). Any differences between the final price and the price initially paid will be accounted for after the measurement.
    
5. Your countertops will be professionally fabricated and installed – Our local service providers will contact you to schedule a time to conduct the installation. All countertop installations with e-counters.com are done by certified installers, who will conduct the installation in a timely, courteous, and thorough manner. All installations are backed by e-counters.com commitment to your satisfaction; and the different products available through e-counters.com are backed by their manufacturer's warranty (i.e. Silestone is backed up by a 15 year warranty, Avanza is backed up by a 10 year warranty, etc).
   When the job is finished, we thoroughly clean the installation site and remove any debris. Our installer will also review proper countertop care, and ask you to fill out a short survey on your installation to make sure you are satisfied.
