Samples (Standard Item)

All samples offered on e-counters are in stock. Samples are shipped the same day as ordered if order is placed before 12:00PM CST, otherwise samples ship the following business day. Unless damaged, we do not accept returns on samples.

Installation Supplies (Standard Item)

All installation supplies offered on e-counters are in stock and shipped the same day as ordered if order is placed before 12:00PM CST, otherwise items are shipped the following business day. Returns will be accepted on all sinks as long as they are returned to e-counters.com complete, in re-saleable condition, and within 30 days of the delivery date. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Silestone Cutting Board (Standard Item)

All Silestone Cutting Boards offered on e-counters.com are in stock. Unless damaged, we do not accept returns on cutting boards. For non-damaged material we will accept any returns with the following conditions: it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the return item is delivered to the appropriate return location in re-saleable condition, and the return must occur within 30 days of the delivery date. There is a standard 15% re-stocking fee for all non-damaged items that are returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Silestone Tile (Standard Item)

At the time you specify the color of your choice, the website will let you know whether the color and size you are looking for is in stock or not, and the time it takes to ship it. All items that are damaged in transit will be replaced at e-counters.com expense. Orders for Tile that is In Stock at the time of order placement can be returned with the following conditions: it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the return item is delivered to the appropriate return location in re-saleable condition, and the return must occur within 30 days of the delivery date. There is a standard 15% re-stocking fee for all non-damaged items that are returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders for Tile that is on Back Order (Non-Stock) are not returnable unless damaged.

All faucets offered on e-counters.com are in stock and usually ship within 5-7 business days. Returns will be accepted on all faucets as long as they are returned to e-counters.com complete, in re-saleable condition, and returned within 30 days of the delivery date. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Installed Kitchen & Bath Projects (Custom Item)

Our Kitchen and Bath program allows you to order fully customized countertops for any application. All order are measured and templated on-site by a certified professional. No shipping charges apply since countertops are delivered by the certified installer the day of installation. You may cancel an order for a custom installed countertop project. In the event that the order is cancelled at least 1 (one) full business day before the scheduled on-site measurement has been performed, a full refund in the amount paid will be issued. In the event that the order is cancelled after the on-site measurement has been performed and before the Fabrication Authorization Form has been signed and returned to e-counters.com, a cancellation-after-measure fee will be assessed in the amount of either $150.00 or the Trip Fee amount, whichever is greater. After signing and returning the Fabrication Authorization Form to e-counters.com you may not cancel your order.

Silestone and Granite Knobs are custom items that are fabricated according to your specifications. Due to their custom nature, we do not accept returns on these items, unless damaged.

Silestone Outlet Covers (Custom Item)

Silestone Outlet Covers are custom items that are fabricated according to your specifications. Due to their custom nature, we do not accept returns on these items, unless damaged.

Do-It-Yourselft Vanity Tops (Custom Item)

Silestone / Capri Do-it-Yourself Vanity Tops are custom items that are fabricated to your specifications. Due to their custom nature, we do not accept returns on these items, unless damaged or incorrectly fabricated.

In the event that shipments of custom made items are refused, any associated costs incurred such as return shipping, freight and storage fees will be the responsibility of the customer and if necessary e-counters.com will bill the customer for any such fees.

All claims on damaged or incorrectly fabricated vanity tops must be issued within 15 days of receipt.

Cosentino Collection (Custom Item)

All Cosentino Collection vanity sets offered on e-counters.com are custom made and usually ship within 3-4 weeks. Due to their custom nature, we do not accept returns on these items, unless damaged or incorrectly fabricated.
